Sound Insulation

During our designing process, we fully utilize acoustic simulation software such as INSUL MARSHALL ACOUSTIC to iterate and obtain optimal acoustic performance. Design sound value: Rw + Ctr 30 db (+5 db) và RT0,75 s (+0,1 s).

Lighting

The soundproof cabin is equipped with 4000K daylight color temperature LED lighting system (150 LX), satisfying the needs of normal activities. In the situation of additional power requirements, a backup power supply is readily installed inside the cabin.

Ventilation

A comfortable, convenient and low noise air ventilation system with a maze-like interior layout to ensure the necessary air circulation while maintaining the soundproofing attributes of the cabin.

Cable hole and power supply

Remak® EasyPod design a cable hole to the outside in case it is necessary to transmit signal, data. Along with that is a 220V power, a USB charging port to serve the diverse needs of customers. As a result, it helps you stay connected and updated with interesting world trends within your own personal space. In particular, the hole can be tightly closed when not needed to avoid sound leaking out to the side.

Acoustic Interior

To reduce internal echoes, the EasyPod is treated with up to 60% of the surface area of the absorbing material - Acoustic Sonic. Its density and thickness are carefully calculated to achieve reverberation standards RT0.75s (+0.1s).

Sound insulation tempered glass

With a range of laboratory tested results, we found that conventional glass is not able to fulfill our needs to achieve our desired noise reduction performance. After several tests, we decided to use double-glazing glasses to obtain the highest soundproofing effect while maintaining elegant and attraction of the product.

Air-conditioning system

EasyPod L1424 is equipped with an independent and low noise air ventilation system, making you always comfortable even when you have to work for a long time inside the soundproof cabin.

Wooden frame with Melamine facing

Melamine coated wood has many advantages: such as cheaper than Laminate, excellent scratch resistance, fire resistance, good waterproof, the ability to protect the wood core against a number of external influences such as termites, chemicals, severe weather...; high application; rapid production process; suitable for many architectural spaces as well as customers.

Cable hole and Power supply

We design a cable hole to the outside in case it is necessary to transmit signal, data or 220v power, USB charging port to serve the diverse needs of customers. The hole can be closed tightly when not needed to prevent sound escaping to the side.

Damping Pad

Our silence booth bottom panel is equipped with our own specially designed damping block to provide better resistance to vibration and structure-borne noise.
